WALT/NAALT Conference rescheduled to 2021

“Breakthroughs in Photobiomodulation Conference” is moving to August 4—August 8, 2021

Dear Conference Attendee,

You will not be surprised to learn that we are moving the conference to 2021 because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Your paid Registration fees will be applied towards next year’s meeting, including all pre-conference courses. You will not be required to pay any additional fee.

Refunds are available, but please bear in mind that the cost of conference attendance in 2021 will likely increase by 20% or more, translating to about $100 to $200 higher conference registration fee plus a fee of $100 for each pre-conference attended.

Anyone requesting a refund will receive a credit card reimbursement. If you would like to proceed with a refund, please send an email to sciencecommittee@naalt.org

For those that may have booked travel, please follow-up with your travel agent or air carrier directly.

If you made a hotel reservation made through the NAALT-WALT website it has been canceled by the hotel.

If you booked your hotel via another route you will need to contact the hotel directly yourself.
